Enemies Won't Die From Headshot

I have a problem with the game, When i try to shot enemies heads no effect its like the bullets change's it way and that cause me dead and lose or get alerted by the enemies. Any solution?

Depends on the enemies.
Undead,robots,lolers and bosses are not affected by headshot damage.

But am talking about soldiers i know that other enemies are not affected by headshot. The soldiers are not affected many times.

I already aims to his head this is not first time i just recorded that from my youtube video
Is there any option that make aim more harder so headshots can't kill enemies easier? or maybe i have also to re-install my game is that could fix the issue? and Thanks

There is no issue with headshots behaviour. Its just like in vanilla. Maybe u just not used to rtcw hitboxes. idk
