Wish There Were More Fusions
Feels like a waste to have 7 playable characters, but only 4 of them can fuse. I know Steven + Bismuth, Lapis Lazuli and Peridot weren't a thing in the show, but they could have got more creative in this game. Not to mention there's less fusions than Save the Light.

In my opinion, while it was initially a little disappointing to see less fusions than before (I miss seeing Opal, Sardonyx, and Sugilite a little) I feel like combat is much more balanced this time around since it had more focus on the individual characters instead of the fusions.

I honestly didn't really use fusions in my play style this time around because it disrupted my play-style too much to have Steven's support unavailable, whereas last time I felt like characters without fusions fell off in save the light because of the heavy focus on individual affinity levels between characters.
Instead I get way more use out of the teamwork bar by having pumpkin giving me extra stars, having a pocket team heal, or doing room-wide AoE damage with Lapis anyway.
