server list empty

When I start the game, I see no servers. There's a line saying 'my servers' and another saying 'recommended servers' and different server status like 'online', 'maintenance', etc., but I don't see a single server listed anywhere. When I use the search and enter 'EU' or 'Europe' nothing happens.

No, it's not fixed. I verified the files integrity and there is no problem here. I restarted the game several times, but that didn't help. I deinstalled and reinstalled the game, checked the files integrity again, but I still have the same issue: no servers. I also left the game open for several hours to see if it takes some time to find servers, but that didn't help either.

It says 'Dear 76561198043087606' when I start the game. I'm a new player, so I don't have a real name and I never played on any server due to the issue listed above.
