There are too many bugs in the game. Updates are coming not for solving problems, but for new skins to sell. 880 servers are opened, and in the responses to the tickets, they act as if they just released the game. They don't care about the state of the game as they don't give refunds.

I do agree that there are a lot of bugs in the game. Mods are constantly pushing for them to work on the lag, DCs, Crashes, Black screens, etc, but we can only do so much. There is a trouble shooting guide listed under the Guides here that has some steps you can try on your end to help mitigate these issues.

waste of time. game keeps crashing on map transition of even if open the inventory and the graphics not load correctly. better throw money straight out of the window. gets u the same exitement

Game has always had lag and crashing. When they say they are doing something about it they are not telling the truth at all. Played this way before it ever found it's way onto Steam and the same old problems were present (along with many other problems like no balancing/matchmaking etc. etc.) But the big issue of awful servers/connectivity has always been present and they addressed it on their own forums by deleting posts about it years ago... This should tell you all you need to know about the 'development' of the game... It is a cash cow and nothing else for them... I would say that the servers they use are the cheapest out there and probably quite old with poor connectivity to the internet , at times you can imagine the game being run out of some kids bedroom on his PC! Yes it really is that bad and they have known about this for years...

I will say that the devs are constantly working to optimize the game during the maintenance. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. From what I know it has tended to be a bit better as we have less reports of lag or black screens over the past couple of months. It will likely never be perfect, that I will honestly admit. But I can tell you that the devs do constantly work on it and are trying different things.

You (The people that represent the game)have been saying the same thing for years... The only thing that is consistent is lag and crashes. And it really does speak volumes about the quality of the game when it constantly crashes and has lag present... It was actually more stable years ago (although still had a lot of crashes and lag at times).
The game itself is also very badly done given that there is NO matchmaker and thus people from the early servers who have a massive advantage are pitted against newcomers who can do nothing against them...
The issue looks very much to be very poor quality servers coupled with limited bandwidth... These tend to be the usual culprits for lag and poor connectivity from the earliest days of online gaming incidentally.
