Seriously, I thought this was just one of those ♥♥♥♥♥♥ fake ad things. Kind you used to see maybe 5 years ago or so, now its all "hero wars" "solve the puzzle" crap.

I mean, the game is nowhere near as good as the ads make it seem like, so it basically is a fake ad thing either way. Also, apart from being ganked at random by dudes who need to e-peen because they spent money in game and are thus more powerful, there is hardly anything else actual MMO about it. Also, there is nothing RPG about it, either. You can't choose how to build your stats etc. The game literally decides everything for you. So yes, false advertising at its finest.

Hello! You can choose later on how to build your stats. The game does not decide everything for you. The only thing the afk part does is it plays for you when you tell it to. You can go manually if you so chose.

When is later on? At level bazillion? Do you actually have proof that it is a feature? Because with all the fake advertising I am not so sure. Why does it have such false advertising anyway? That's so scummy.

And sure, I can turn off auto-play but why go through the effort? Almost 4 hours in and I literally was not required to do nothing whatsoever to progress. The game doesn't make me feel like it cares that it has me as a player. At all. It isn't inviting. It also moves at lightning speed. Why does it even have a story if it doesn't seem to matter and just blazes through the dialogue? Not that the story is any good, but still. All the game seems to care about is not me as a player, but for me to become a paying customer. Every time I clicked back there was a pop up that basically screamed: "Give me money and you can get this! Give me money and you can get that!"

The only input I've managed to spot is clicking and clicking and clicking on pop ups and to enter events and challenges. That's all. A clicker game is more engaging than this.

And if the only thing remotely close to actual game-play with other players is being constantly ganked by people who are much stronger, then I honestly don't see the appeal. The only way I could even be on par with such people is to throw money at the screen. Because, sure, I may progress when I play for free, but by the time I get to where they're at now, they're already leagues ahead of me again. This isn't league of angels, this is league of pay to win.

And the fact there is PvP like that is exactly what the game wants. For a player to want vengeance and starting to pay to get stronger and get to the top and be able to rekt everyone who tries to rekt them, etc. It's a vicious cycle of endlessly working on that BR, and the only way to keep up is to pay. That is all this game is about. BR.

I am sure there's people who actually enjoy this, and I am usually not one to judge, but those who actually spend money on this truly which makes me question their sanity. But I guess the company is happy, because there are people like that. But to me, I see this as nothing else than a game of manipulation. It manipulates people to spend money.

You are entitled to your opinion. But don't expect others to share it. Now that you've shared it without anyone asking you to, please be nicer. Just a heads up! Go play other games if you don't like this one, no one asked for your input, i repeat myself. The game does not manipulate you into doing anything. The game has offers for you if you chose to donate or not, up to you. This is not uncommon and is practiced by hundreds of other games, get your head out of the sand and stop bashing or you will be bashed back, as you can see. This is a general discussion forum, and I believe I am still quite on topic in this thread. And I don't need to be asked to share my opinion to do so. Right of free speech. Just because my opinion is not one you like, does not make it bad nor does it make me arrogant. And I am playing other games, but thank you for the very helpful suggestion?

Also, I am not bashing, again, I repeat MYSELF as well, I am merely sharing my opinion. I thought we agreed on that, the start of what you said even referred to what I said as it being opinion. But now, I am suddenly bashing? Okay?

I concede that, yes, there are many other cash-grab games out there that manipulate people into paying. This game is just one of them. But that does not mean I approve of any of them.

I was hoping to get a constructive response back. Yet you avoided to truly reply to what I said and asked, and are seeming to just want to shut me up. Why is that? Seems pretty sus to me.

So yes, you can help me with something by actually answering me.

So, I ask again;

Why does this game have so much false advertising?

And, do you understand that false advertising is already one of the many red flags of how it is indeed manipulation?

Do you actually know what manipulation entails?

Again, I don't care if they are techniques that many other games use (they are terrible too). I am asking YOU, right now, about THIS game. Because just because others do it, doesn't make it right, nor does it not make it not manipulative. Imagine being on trial for murder and telling the judge: "Well, your Honor... Oh please. Stop gaslighting. It ain't working. You really think being manipulative like that is gonna work on me when I clearly didn't fall for it in regards to the game either? One of the basics of a manipulative person is to slyly attempt shifting the subject to you in a negative way. You keep doing exactly that.

You don't even bring up any arguments as to why it is not manipulation, unlike me explaining why it is. And I know why, because you can't. Because I am right. Try to derail from it as much as you like, but it still is what it is.

Also, I am not wasting time at all. You wish. I am still spreading awareness, no matter how minor, I am. It doesn't matter if you choose to answer my questions or not, in the end.

On top of that, I've noticed quite a few bots have posted in general discussion saying the game is great. I recognise the typical grammatical errors, and the lack of logic behind it, because no actual person would post such topics. Furthermore, they're dead level 0 empty Steam accounts. Another manipulation and false advertising.
