Is it Similar to Spyro Remastered Trilogy?

Hey-ya, I'm wondering if Crash Bandicoot 4 (and Sane Trilogy) are alike with Spyro games?

In the sense that you have open world/sections to explore, find secret gems or other items, complete secret objectives for the achievements and does it have mini-games?

I've done Spyros this summer, which was a very pleasant gaming experience. Although I'm not a platformer fan, but those titles were good. Guess Crash also has built-in jumping mechanics?

No, the crash trilogy as well as crash 4 are definitely not open world collectathons. Crash games are really linear platformers, think of them more like a 2d linear platformer but in 3d. Each level has a clearly defined beginning and end with a bunch of obstacles in a defined sequence with maybe 1 or 2 minor side paths in any given level. It's less of an exploration game and more of a skill intensive linear platformer. Especially in the later levels the game demands you perform some pretty difficult platforming sequences to progress.

All that being said I still recommend crash 4, imo it's the best of its genre especially for a casual playthrough.
