Screen Tearing Problem

I've only recently got this game and right off the bat I'm experiencing some serious screen tearing as soon as I start playing the game. There's no VSync listed in the options so is there another way to fix this. I use an AMD graphics card and I heard that there I might be able to force VSync in some way. Other than forcing it though, would there perhaps be another solution to this problem?

Solution would be for the dev to add vsync. But until that happens, IF it happens, you need to force it on in this game through your GPU's control panel.
