CPU debug puzzle - not progressing

I cannot get past this puzzle - my 'brackets' all seem to be set up correctly, but the ball just goes whizzing past them.

This game is too slow - can the dialogue be sped up or at least give an option to move on once I've read it. Would also be handy to exit a location more quickly without having to walk to the screen edge each time.

Hi there, would it be possible to upload a gameplay video of this CPU-debug issue please. We haven't had any complaints regarding this mini-game, so I am curious what the problem could be. ... Also thank you for the tips regarding the dialogue speed and the location exit. We are gathering all the feedback and we'll see which things we'll add in the patch.

Thank you for the screenshot. It's a really weird bug as we tested this mini-game numerous times ( including today ) and everything was fine. We'll look into it asap ... May I ask, is this bug blocking you from progressing the game or things go back to normal if you close / open the mini-game again?

Hi, thank you for your patience. We had one more player that has reported this. We have already recoded the mini-game and it will be included in the new patch that will be released very soon. ( probably this or the next week ) We're very close on getting the testing finalized. I'll update you once the patch is out.

I started playing the game in December 2024 and I see that I have had the same problem that others had in 2023, with Fred's CPU puzzle. I see that in the patch that was already released, the problem was solved for some... Any solution to continue the game for those of us who still have that unresolved problem? Thanks in advance!

Hi, I am sorry to hear that. We've fixed this issue a while ago, and it seemed to be working well since. May I ask if the problem occurs, if you restart the game and load a new save? Thanks

I've already tried to start a new game, but the problem occurs again at the same point. I'm quite sorry because I was really enjoying the game and it's frustrating not being able to continue due to a glitch like this that is impossible to get around. Can this be fixed somehow please? Thanks again!

Hi there, I am really sorry about that, it pains me if a player isn't able to fully enjoy our game. We've tested this fix on multiple devices, and it ran well on everything, but it seems that a certain order of tasks can cause this weird bug. I think I might have a solution to fix this problem, but unfortunately you would need to completely delete all of your save files and restart the game again. :(( .. You can find the save files in this directory: 'C:\Users\Username\AppData\LocalLow\Daedalic' I apologize for this inconvenience.
