basic functionality
I saw you added (or will add) a skip button to the arcade mini-game, but can the others be potentially skipped as well? not a fan of certain puzzle types and would rather not waste 5-10-20 minutes on them in any game. though looks like the arcade skip will only trigger after 3 minutes, so there's still deliberate time-wasting going on.

also, is there a hotspot indicator, manual saving anytime over multiple slots, double-click to move faster and change locations instantly, and a separate speech volume setting for the incredibly annoying gibberish?

Hi there, we have added the SKIP button to the PONG arcade mini-game, because some players that enjoy puzzles had to suddenly deal with an arcade style gameplay, which wasn't something they were very good at. So that's why we felt we had to add it there to make things fair for everyone. It appears after 3 mins, which in average should be after a few tries of playing the mini-game. At this moment we don't plan adding the SKIP button to other mini-games, because then the players would rush through the whole game way too fast and might complain that it's too short afterwards. We want to keep it a little challenging. We've added a lot of different types of puzzles, so at least there is a large variety of them. ... Regarding other points, they are very suggestions, thanks for that. The manual saving we have, saves the game in certain checkpoints. You can reduce the sound effects volume in the menu, but that will turn down all the sound effects. You can also separately control the volume of the soundtrack. thanks. skipping everything then complaining that it's short is stupid but I'm sure some people would do it. doesn't mean other players jave to be deprived of more options though.

checkpoints are not manual saves anytime and no separate 'speech' setting is a dealbreaker on its own. looks like another all style, no functionality game and you didn't even mention everything I asked about, so no need to keep it wishlisted.

Hi, sorry I forgot to mention the rest, it wasn't intentional. We do have hotspot indicator when playing with a gamepad controller, where you can switch between the hotspots. We did have it for the mouse as well, but after a series of tests we've decided to remove it as it was interfering with the mouse movement, causing unnecessary bugs. ... We haven't added a double-click feature to change locations instantly. We've spent a lot of time designing the environments, so again if we had something like that, the players would skip a lot of parts.

Hi Sven, sorry about that : (( ... The reason behind the decision NOT to add hotspot switching for PC was because it was interfering with the mouse control. After testing it numerous times, we decided not to add it there as it didn't feel very good. We thought some players would complain about it afterwards.

I think it should be fine without it as well, let's see how it goes. There is only one occasion where we had complaints about 'pixel hunting' when looking for a 'poop stick' : )) .. so hopefully you'll find it hehe.

I would like to echo the sentiment. I would really love to have the "Switch between hotspots" feature when playing with keyboard. I also got stuck on the "poop stick" (became the first I had to google how to find).

While I am at it, i would also like it if the game had a setting for turning off/on skipping puzzles, a I ended up skipping the first puzzle by accident (was easy to remedy by just restarting the game though) - not a big thing though.

Great game overall though! Thanks! =)

Hi there, thank you for the kind comment, I am really glad you enjoyed our game. :)

The switching between hotspots was very tricky and caused some gameplay issues, so after a lot of testing we decided not to keep it in the game. Hopefully it didn't affect your experience in bad a way. The skipping puzzles setting sounds like a good idea, maybe we'll test it later on. It always comes down to various players' preferences.
