Bug Submission

To keep things clean (and ensure we can see new bug reports as they pop up in the same place) We have a dedicated Bug Reporting Forum here. Please check this post first to see if your issue has already been raised / fixed in the past - and if not, post in the Bug Report Forum.

Report Bugs Here

Things that help us address things quickly:

- A clear description of your issue
- Screenshots / footage of the issue occurring
- Your Pc specs including Operating System, RAM, Video Card and Driver Version, Processor.

You can also email us at Support@wiredproductuctions.com

If you send a report via email please include the problem you are having and your computer specs.
If you have problems finding your specs try the steps below:

1. Press Windows Key + R on your keyboard.
2. Save your computer specs as a text file (DxDiag.txt), using Save All Information button. Open that document, copy the information from the top all the way down to include sound devices and paste it into a mail.
3. We will check and send you back a recommendation.

Please include your own mail-address in the bottom of the mail itself so we have easy access to it.

Known Issues

Down below we will add common problems and how to fix them:

Issues with HDR

You might need to adjust the relative brightness of SDR and HDR content for your HDR-capable display. This is because a display interprets an HDR and SDR signal differently, and the results will vary by make and model.

1. Select the Start button, then select Settings > System > Display.
2. If you have multiple displays connected to your PC, select the HDR-capable display under Rearrange your displays, and then move the Settings app window to the HDR display that you’re adjusting
3. On the Display settings screen, select Windows HD Color settings.
4. Under HDR/SDR brightness balance, drag the slider to get the right balance for brightness between HDR and SDR content.

Notes
- When you change the HDR/SDR brightness balance setting for an HDR display, the effect it has on SDR content depends on whether it’s an external or built-in HDR-capable display:
- On an external HDR display, this setting will change the brightness of SDR content relative to HDR content.
- On a built-in HDR display, the brightness of SDR content is controlled by a separate brightness setting, or it might be controlled automatically. Since the brightness of SDR content is already set, the HDR/SDR brightness balance setting will change the brightness of HDR content relative to the brightness of SDR content.
- For built-in HDR displays, such as on HDR-capable laptops, both the brightness setting and HDR/SDR brightness balance setting will affect the appearance of HDR content.
- Brightness setting. When viewing HDR content in a bright area, you might need to increase the brightness setting to see the display. However, this will reduce both the effective dynamic range for HDR content in apps and the overall contrast because the darker pixels will appear brighter. To improve the appearance of HDR content, view HDR content in a darker area and use a fairly low brightness setting. If the brightness is set to a very low level, that will increase the overall contrast between the brightest and darkest parts of the content. However, there will be less details in the darker parts of the content. For example, if you have a scene in a movie that shows a dimly lit room at night, you might see less details in that scene.
- HDR/SDR brightness balance setting. For most times, using the default HDR/SDR brightness balance setting or one close to it should work well. You could set the HDR/SDR brightness balance setting higher to help improve the overall contrast between the brightest and darkest parts of the content. However, this would reduce the details in the darker parts of the content, such as a scene in a dark room at night.

At the start of levels.

The blank levels load in for a brief second before the transition begins at the start of some levels.

Are there manual saves?

Unfortunately, KARMA: The Dark World doesn't feature manual saving. Fortunately, after most scenes throughout the game, there's an accompanying checkpoint. The game also features three save slots, so you're able to restart your journey later!

Also, after a larger section of the game has been completed, the section will be available to replay in the Chapter Select menu, if you wish to pick up from a specific, completed scene.

The game starts in Chinese.

From the main menu, pick the 2nd option (assuming the main menu displays just 4 options. should be third option from bottom regardless of the number of options). This is the settings menu - select the 3rd option here, and change the topmost value to your desired language.

How do I access the Digital Deluxe Edition Artbook on Steam?

My game is black screen upon opening, and not responding in task manager. This happened after the game crashed following me picking up a piece of paper or some item behind a picture holder. Ive tried many methods to fix this with no avail. I am pretty sure restarting my pc will fix it, but i want to avoid that. I have about 6.4 hours in game playtime. My pc specs are Peladn RTX 3080, AMD Ryzen 9 5900x, asus tuf gaming x570-plus, 48 gb ddr4 ram with 1.2v and 2933 frequency. My pc cooling is not great but that will be changing very soon
Update on my black screen issue, my computer blue screened as it does occasionally because i havent got the perfect ram settings down, i set my ram frequency to 2800 this time and now the game opened. So now i will attempt to beat the game
Hi can you list what the different kind of post processing options do?

Wouldn't call this a bug so posting it here: (Demo)
You cant set "Locked FPS" to anything But 60 fps in game. Surely a "glitch"?

Hello, Please consider adding a commercial license with Steam Internet Cafe's Program https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/sitelicense/publisher
So I'm stuck inside the black lodge, the very first area resembling Twin Peaks location. The first time I read two documents, solved a puzzle by pushing the red button and got a collectibles.
Than a way to an elevator revealed, but inside the room I couldn't interact with anything.
So I reloaded the checkpoint and now the collectible is gone but the elevator won't show anymore.
