Minigun doesn't seem to be affected by either stat, though. But I guess it doesn't need seeking since it just instantly hits the enemies anyway. Would've been nice if it could pierce though, would mean not having to take ricochet.
Ya the railgun is great at the start when minigun lacks the majority of it's damage and ricochet but seems to fall off hard. If it can't find big groups of enemies (cause minigun is obliterating everything in sight) it does pathetic damage. It also gets crippled by not scaling nearly as well with scatter's attack speed per shot. Minigun has 3 dps ramp skills based on shots fired and railgun gets squat.
It needs some of the stat as extra crit bonuses that blade gets. Let the bad boy crit for 5k+ in a line and it might be worth it. For now I just go Minigun, Scatter, Crit, Arsenal, Utility/Heart one (Forgot name)
