Edit: tried for a 6th time opening and closing the game and finally got a normal run, but after that ended it glitched again.
Have you tried using proton experimental?
I honestly don't know how to locate and fix bugs like that.
Can you provide any more details? Are all Steam Decks the same configuration?
Games exported this way through this engine for whatever reason can't detect your default audio output device. Might also be specific to Pipewire, which is what I chose to use, and what Steam Deck uses by default.
Switching your default audio device while these specific games are running seem to fix it per run though. So you may be able to launch the game, then connect your bluetooth afterwards.
Interesting, the game runs flawlessly for me. The only dips in frames is when a wave comes initially, then is fine.
You wont know untill you start a run though.
