Ya we’re relics but man has it been enjoyable reading everyone’s complaints about the difficulty.
Git[‘n]Gud kiddos.
I guess two skulls legend Shadow Caverns of the Occult dragon ride without magic is almost impossible to complete.
The GnG series has always been esoteric, and I daydream of a dedicated group of players going for High Score, with “No Magic Double Skull Legend Shadow Caverns of the Occult Run” as our Holy Grail.
Call it the Cult of NMDSLSCotOR or some crap, idk. But I’m in my own world. I bought a Mayflash f500 for this alone, cuz it’s my forever game.
The Mexican Runner speedrunner recorded one true ending legend no skull one, but it took him close to 5 hours lol!
There are few spots that seems to be near impossible without magic at two skulls. The dragon ride one, and citadel approach (eyes section).
That's awesome. I have been playing with my xbox controller and felt I should get a joystick for a proper arcade experience. I grew up in the 80s and still have never been able to beat a G n G game. Hopefully I can fell this foe on Legend difficulty.
I'm at the Dragon drop now at 20 hrs. The people who gave this game a so-so review did not play on Legend , of that I am sure. Because it is an incredible experience
Ya I saw that run, still impressive nonetheless that’s sure. Pretty cool that it’s so hard you can’t get a proper speed run
