Meteor Mission Achievements

My daughter and I have every achievement except for two, the very first two achievements for the meteor mission!

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Do you know what to do?

It would be nice to get 100% completion. Thanks in advance!

Hi!

We are sorry to hear that you are having this issue.

We believe you might be missing the pup treats and badges behind the meteor, so once the meteor cinematic is over, instead of breaking down the meteor with Rubble, go around it, collecting all the pup treats and badges, and then go back and break down the meteor.

Well, we already have the "collect every single pup treat" achievement as well as a 250/250 on the mission, so I don't think any are actually missing. It just isn't registering.

I appreciate the reply from a dev, though. That's much appreciated.

We have investigated the issue with our QA and production team, but we do not know what may have happened. We have not been able to replicate the problem or hear about it from other players.
It seems that you are experiencing a very random failure. We believe the solution would be to delete the game save and restart the first mission. The other achievements will remain synced with your account, so if you restart and complete the first mission, the achievement should unlock and you should have completed the game 100%.

I had the same thing happen, but for saving carlos mission. Have the achievement for all puppies threat but not the mission.

The thing i can say is that i had 596 out of 600 on my first completion. went back in the level, collected the 4 left which was a pup required action, and went back to the lookout.

Will use the temporary solution, but a bit more annoying as it is in the later mission.
