Friends Can't Join World?

Friends can't join my world even when it's set to public? Steam friends show online in the settings menu, but not when trying to select a world under the "Friends" tab in main menu.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

same issue here. two of my friends are playing together. I can't join through steam invites, joining from friends list, or through in game.

Close the game and reboot. Friends unable to see your lobby is because a patch was released and you're most likely on a different version of the game.

my first invite worked, it just threw right in. The server crashed for a moment, and now i cant join anyone. friends are not showing up in game. The steam friends list show them playing, and lets me click join game, but still nothing happens.

Maybe if they did not connect to Epic Games, they are likely being booted off until they do. UE requires epic games connection for some reason or something like that.

I think you might have nailed it, wasnt this the same problems in some other online games that had this shi-tty Epic online crap? Found something here:

Devs should talk to the publisher or whoever control this mess and ditch Epic Online for a steam only release, that should boost sales for sure.
