RuneScape: Dragonwilds

General feedback and suggestions
27 hours into game
So, overall I like the game. However a few points.

Velgar is toted as "THE BIG SCARY" in the beginning portions of the game, however the boss battle was lack luster. Honestly, the journey to get to Velgar was way harder then the actual fight. I just peppered them with Bronze Arrows while having a lesser poison resist potion on.

1) SUGGESTION: Have Minor Poison only stop atmospheric poison damage and cleanse the debuff, have poison damage still go through (like raw damage). Have a medium poison resist potion that would give 80% protection against the damage or something to make it more valuable for the fight. In addition to this, make it pretty much manditory to have the shield out and blocking to block the breath attack, otherwise take like 90 damage or something. Give some risk/reward for doing it.

Base building feels a little bad, as your inventory fills up REALLY quickly - if you ever wanted to upgrade your base's walls you have to: tear down EVERYTHING (including stations) and build it from scratch.

2) SUGGESTION: A way to either a) allow you to MOVE stations without destroying them, (OR BETTER) allow you to UPGRADE walls already standing to the next tier without tearing them down, I think this would be great and still give people the option to build a new base if they wanted to.

3) SUGGESTION: Please allow a hotbar number 9 button. Its almost the perfect number where you can have: Melee, Shield, Bow, Axe, Pickaxe, Food, Drink, Potion, (9th) Wardstone. This would feel fantastic.

Better foods should SLOW the speed of your hunger dropping, making them much more valuable (its often better to just use cheap easy food multiple times). Same with thirst, allow better drinks to SLOW the thirst meter.

It would be nice if you could stack arrows a bit higher then 99, doesn't have to be crazy, maybe like 300 or something; makes being a ranger take way more inventory spaces then every other playstyle. Additional note, perhaps future plans to allow venoms or attributes to be added to the quiver? (Like fire enchant magic, or whetstone) allowing poison, bleeding or perhaps slow ICE debuff?

Still recommend the game, but keep in mind - this is a fusion of Valheim, Enshourded and Outward. You need to EXCEL in some of the areas - not just emulate. Overall, still a good review - 7/10 at the moment. The current state of the game will give you about 30ish hours of content (still better then some games at launch).

Food needs to change. Valhiem style to give a buff that lasts a while or something.

Map is way too small and mob density is too packed inside it. Double/Triple the size of each Biome and give some breathing room.

Portals are too easy to craft and just position at farming spots. Kills the game and makes it super easy.

Games fun, just needs some tweaking........and finishing.
For the love of Guthix, craft from crates please. I don't understand how after all these years, this is usually the first most requested thing in survival games, and still none of the game companies ever put it in. It cant be super hard seeing as its usually one of the first mods that comes out for these type of games. (not throwing shade at modders, they make my Valheim life bearable) Honestly it feels like we need it more on this one seeing as there are no crate/chest labels.

The medium and large crates can be labelled.
