Freezing up/ crashing on DX 12 and 60 frames. Now on dx 11 and 60 frames it's oke so far.

my pc is not much but de game is still crashing and freezing up under 5 min of game play... i did all what is on the forums..
So ill play for 3 min max, Exit game and start again before the memory is at 1.133.246 kb ram memory and then it freezing up the game.
This was on 60frames and dx12.
So ill stop befor it gets to this number and exit it. It will save the game wen exit it this way.

Now on DX11 in the settings and so far no freezing or crashing and 60 frames.
Ill try going up to see what will happen.

The freezing stopt wen i went to the DX11 on 60fps.
i went to make it more beautifull and is was freezing up any more!

also,
Wen i exit the game i see 1 sec screen that is on the fire place in the church but im not logging out there. It just shows up everytime i log out. Is this normal ?
