inconsistent water movement mechanics
I have noticed that the movement debuff for contact with water is incredibly inconsistent in my game. I can deal with the general concept that water bogs you down, i can deal with the reasonable idea that running through ankle deep water might not apply that effect (even though if we ARE going with "realistic", that's harder than it looks). What irritates me is when the game cant make up its mind about which rules apply so i can plan accordingly.

Sometimes i can practically start swimming (waist high at least) before that little anchor icon pops up, especially in the starting areas. But, by about the time i hit swamp it seems like dense fog is enough to trigger the effect, and worse yet, it sometimes triggers with a delayed response. As in i know i did touch water and was expecting the debuff, but it doesnt kick in immediately either which surprisingly "throws off" things like dodge timing (especially for what are essentially "corpse runs" to retrieve your gear while unarmed).
I dont mind whichever effect is ultimately chosen, ill work with it...just make it consistent enough TO work with please.
