RuneScape: Dragonwilds

Request; AFK, pause, something.....
Afk is deadly, if I have to take a call or get a drink irl; when i came back i'm dead or dying or my base is wrecked. Not sure how to fix it but its an issue that needs to be addressed.

There's nothing to fix as the feature doesn't exist. Can't fix something if it doesn't exist.
If it existed and not working properly, then you could say it needs fixing.

I will agree that a pause feature is needed when the time requires it for whatever purpose.
Just exit to the main menu. A pause feature doesn't make sense for a game with a multiplayer focus. It'd be nice for sure when you're solo but it doesn't take much effort to just exit to the main menu and then go back into your solo game.

yeah, just exit to menu. takes 5 seconds, and will save your character immediately; save your base if you're playing solo.
i think in solo worlds this should automatically be a feature, multiplayer might be abit more complicated

Takes more effort to hit escape and click return to main menu, then have to click play to continue versus say just pressing escape and escape to pause and unpause the game.

At least on the solo player side, Enshrouded did this, initially they had no pause feature for solo players, late last year they added a pause feature by just pressing to pause and unpause.

Now which do you think is faster?

Enshrouded is single player, coop/ multiplayer.
