I killed Velgar, but not on the first try. He killed me when I tried melee and again when I used the crystal bow, but not when I used the magic staff. he sat in one spot and I hit him with magic blast after blast while he just sat there. When he died he fell off the wall and NOTHING HAPPENED. I didn't get his head, I have to make a new horn to fight him again.
