Splash Screen & Character Selection Screen

There is no reason the splash screen and character selection screen should have 99% GPU utilization on a 3090ti. If you leave the game on either screen the GPU will spin up all fans to 100% as if it were being taxed by a test suite. Please remedy this as there is no pause and quitting to the main menu is the only real pause.
