Bow Drawback Sound Not Stopping in Multiplayer

Can hear the bow's drawback sound constantly when in multiplayer, even when not using the bow. It doesn't stop unless returning to main menu and reloading the game. Happens every single time I use the bow. Doesn't happen to the host.
