building problems

i have a problem where i cant place walls on some of the sides higher than 2 floor(had a problem even on second floor but somehow made it work with medium walls) thought that maybe its bc of im building my house on a small cliff, but maybe some of you have the same problem and know how to solve it. anyways, as a feedback for early access gotta say that this should be fixed no matter whether its landscape problem or smth else

i`ve tried changing from floor on the ground to foundation, solved the height problem but the roof is still unstable(i have 4 floors so roof i 5)
