Patch 073 ruined game

After patch, now takes close to 3-4 minutes to get into the menu of the game. Then another close to 5 minutes to load a game into world. Now all of a sudden game is rubberbanding, freezing randomly.

yeah, mine is longer too and visually my machine is having trouble keeping up when it worked flawlessly before. I tried vulkan, and eventually changed to dx11 instead of 12
