Fix the dust animation for cutting logs and braking rocks

The puff of dust for both of the animations for some reason is not at the point of contact with the object but off to one side, some distance away from the point of impact.

Oh you noticed that too? I thought it was just something weird happening after a while of playing. It seemed to only happen after hours of playing for me.
