Ability to interact with Journal, inventory, etc when resting.

I get it, my character is resting. But when it's not time to sleep and I'm just waiting for my character to rest, I find it odd that I can't open the map, the journal, my inventory etc. Would be nice to look around and read while I can't do anything

It's nap time! Take your nap and enjoy the relaxation! lol
Yea it would be nice if we could check our stuff while the character is resting, but it is like 60 seconds of downtime or so, might as well just actually relax a moment or two.
