RTX 4060 TI & I7 14700 KF FPS DROPS

I play on medium settings with frame gen getting 130 fps which is good but after a while game drops fps to 65 which is half of the fps so probably game is turning off frame gen itself. When i change full screen to windowed it gets back to normal 130 then after a while it drops again and i need to change to full screen then it gets back to 130 wtf any solutions ?
