Please help. Performance issues..

My PC Specs:
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16 GB
Installed Ram: 32.0 GB's at 3200 MHz
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core Processor
(Don't know what else to write)

I'm having an incredibly hard time managing even 50 FPS while playing and changing the graphical settings doesn't do much. Frame Generation is grayed out for me and I'm unable to turn it on, whilst DLSS doesn't give me a performance boost regardless of what setting I choose.

I'm at a complete loss and don't know what to do. It upsets me that my PC isn't physically capable of running this game.
