Air magic specializes in single target damage with a lot of pushback emphasis on the final hits, as well as a nice knockdown on the secondary that gets larger and more powerful when charged.
Fire magic specializes in group damage with lots of stunlock potential and DoT damage. The secondary emphasizes on tick damage, and gets stronger and longer if you charge it up.
