Persistent "new" marking above build icon.

I've scoured through my build pieces and don't have anything marked as new, but above the icon during gameplay there's an ! icon constantly there. How do I get rid of it?

I had the same issue, going through every piece and hovering over them got rid of it.

I have the same issue and its literally the only "new" thing left in my game. I have even gone all the way through the journals and clicked everything.
