Please nerf the lightning!! why is it so malevolent lol

I just got struck while mining three times in a row and it killed me by staggering me off a bridge, why does it seem to target me instead of hitting random places. Lightning doesnt strike the same place twice lol

i agree it's annoying, keeps you on your toes. think of it like this you're high in the mountain and covered in conductive armor... does seem oddly targeted i'll give you that. try using that rock break spell to make the mining go quicker

Just use the dodge button.. The game gives you enough time to do so. Shouldn't be an issue.

or take healing potions if you suck at dodging.

There's a cave in the South-western section of the Stormtouched Highlands that has nothing but Iron. You should give it a look. Lightning doesn't hit in caves

I personally hate the alien level acid spit that melts through every level of your base and gets you

it never kills you as the damage is low but it hits way to much, More damage make it deadly, but make the time it happens ALOT less

XD it's all about timing you know it's going to hit so let it then magic mine when you got the few precious seconds before the next one comes

I got struck while standing on a cliff edge and fell to my death. I was looking at a guide. Definitely DON'T do what I did.

As for dodging it, makes sense for melee, but ranged and magic suffer due to long animations. It makes drawing a full shot hard when in combat, and has gotten me killed a couple of times just because it interrupted my aim.

It's not end of the world or anything, but it does seem to actively target you which is annoying.
