Missing Unlocked Decorations and Misc

There are plenty of things to build in this game and a lot of opportunities for customization for your base builds, why only let us have so few for decorations but also let us unlock the patterns for the ones missing?
Will they be available to us in the future?
or is this an issue only I'm having?

Ps. you can only hold 1 dragon visage and when you talk WOM he gives you another which just disappears if you killed the dragon a 3rd time and doesn't stack
