You have to be logged into EOS to be able to craft the pioneer cape and bandanna. If you go offline you wont see it

The Epic account it references is not your Epic Games account, it's a Epic Services account. If you accept that, it makes a temporary ghost account for you to get the Early Access items. It doesn't require you to actually sign in at all.

You need to install the DLC with the soundtrack for it to work.

make sure the DLC is installed via steam.
if you choose NOT to do the epic online servers you have to go

settings->legal->update EOS settings under epic online services and click accept EOS

once done you can go into the game and you will find the cape and scarf in the basic crafting table. the pioneer painting will be in crafting designs when you go into build mode.

again EOS is NOT part of epic accounts. you dont have to make an account. you dont do anything extra with epic.
