Stuck in the dungeon vault - Underground Water

My account character is stuck in the vault underground at Stormtouched highlands. I can't die..my water and food went zero already....I can't get out anywhere else, except going to other players' world, and can't build any stairs to get my account out of this zone. HELP!

I did not know that until now.
I managed to kill myself by getting fire in other players' world, then burn myself to death.

There is an unstuck option in the menu

I got stuck in the world and was able to dodge roll out of it to the nearest piece of land. Try that if it happens again. Seems like you can clip out of the world easier than into it.
