RuneScape: Dragonwilds

Making a New World restarts World, but keeps player inventory.
Hi,
Does this work as intented?
When creating a new world: your existing character (with all items) spawns in the world at almost the exact spot your previous world was, minus the buildings you did.

For context: I wanted my girlfriend to start the tutorial on my account so she could decide if she wanted to buy the game or not, she created a new world and spawned where I left my world, with all my stuff. She then could collect all the items out of the Chest @ the Wise Old Man in the ruins and proceed to play. Does that work as intented?

You have also to make a new character to start from the start without your progress - NOT only a new world.

I believe it works like intended. You can actually use this to your advantage: build a base in the new world, put some chests/crates in there so u can log into this world and empty your inventory there when exploring your "main" world. Also a good idea to store some basic supplies like food, water and arrows there if you forget to resupply. Saves a lot time by not needing to run back to your "real" base constantly to empty inventory or resupply.
Yes this works as intended. As a lot of other games does this aswel.

There are enemys in dungeons that never respawns and you need their items. so people make new worlds to redo them again for their items. With their old characters.
