RuneScape: Dragonwilds

RuneScape: Dragonwilds

What makes this stand out from other survival titles?
What's the spin? What's special about it? Any specific unique things?

i like the spells you learn through leveling skills that are specific to the skill tree like the ability to throow a astral axe through 4 trees instantly knocking them down utilize the runescrafting treee to aquire runes for these skill specific abilities. for me thats what im really vibing with tat makes it a bit different from valheim, i havent played enshrouded so for me i cannot speak on enshrouded

Set in the runescape world. Lots of utility spells. Lots of potental for growth.
If you like valheim you'll probably like dragonwilds.
Think fantasy mmo SC game instead of viking.

Not much to be fair.

At the moment, Valheim has more going for it and with far more content. At this time Valheim is the better game, objectively.

In time, this game will come out on top due to graphics, updates and it being newer. I have faith that this game will become the better game eventually. Work needs to be done first and people need to accept that the game needs it without gassing the devs up.

Nothing sets it apart other than bad environmental nuisances and clunky combat.

I want you to take the Frankenstein ♥♥♥♥, the deer ♥♥♥♥, the green monster, the bling and the bling-

basically describes this game. minecraft any survival game with a touch of runescape details and skills the builds are as sound as the outside world changed not game logic lil frustrating but yet satisfying.

Yeah... gonna wait and watch then for a while until the game gets further along.

Sidenote: taking Valheim as a standard for Survival Crafting games, can't recommend. There's lots of better alternatives out there that actualy have QoL features.

A little????
Are you joking????
These devs with their budget should have impressed us with at least 10 different classes but what do we get? 3???????????????????

You can tell who are the runescape fanboys. Jeremyb616 has been in like every single post defending the company so do with that info what u will. Nothing stands out and the game doesnt even want you to play it its just all around bad currently. maybe in 2 years it might be playable but currently its a waste of money. Enshrouded is a more complete product with updates coming regularly that id recommend over this if you havent already.
Think they should have take more things from other survival games.
Atm this is just bare bones. Sure you will get a few hours fun.
But items being in the game, that you cant use. Is a bit irritating.
And the mage and ranged classes not having a skill tree is a huge mistake.

Play the game and you will see, that there are NO classes in this game at all ;) And that is good, cause you have the freedom to play what you want:

Pull with a bow, switch to caster staff and make fireballs, switch to melee and finish the rest off. So you are Melee, Ranged and Sorcerer in obe character.

Xol is right. Valheim is wildly inconsistent with interesting environments & bosses but truly gawdawful inventory & UI choices--including no sorting whatsoever.

I stand with Xol on this.

For me i like the pace of progression, and it looks stunning in 4k/highest settings.
