IF YOU EVER DIE IN FRONT OF A VAULT DOOR YOU *WILL NOT* BE ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR GRAVESTONE! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE LOST EVERYTHING AND I'M NOT DOING IT AGAIN.

Yep that's it for me. Took me hours to remake everything I lost the first time. I'm not doing it again. I may come back in the future, but for now i'm done. Not worth the frustration.

I'm curious which dungeon y'all are dying in that you're perma losing items in? Every time i've died in one, my gravestone is outside the dungeon, and i'm able to regain my items before re-entering the dungeon (at least within the 1st zone of the map, i haven't made it to the dungeons in zone 2 yet to test/try that i guess)

Yup normally it spawns outside. I haven't encountered the bug you mentioned yet but hopefully that nexus mods helps ya recover what you lost. I keep it to just in case I lose stuff from a bug since this game is still on early access.
