Is it even possible to farm them? I've checked back on vaults and I don't see them respawning. I've done every vault, side quest and more now and we're trying to craft 1 of everything but ??? Maybe I'm not being smart.

Mine eventually respawned, but you could just make a new world and run a dungeon on it.

Yeah, mine just didn't respawn once the whole time apparently but I just checked now out of frustration and surprise surprise, right after I made a post about it lol.

New world idea is pretty good though. Characters carry over inc. inventory?

Yeah, everything in your inventory and personal storage carries between worlds.
