gotta build a saw mill to make planks, I had the pioneer stuff disappear but then come back later.

If you didn't have Pioneer stuff already, go to Settings > Legal > Enable EOS

Yes you have to enable EOS to get the Pioneer stuff.
It does not require you to do anything more than click a button, and you don't even need to interact with the EGS website or launcher. You don't even need to provide info, it creates a dummy account for the purpose of this game.
