What a train wreck of a game. Don't waste money on this.
😘 Thanks for your points! 😘
OK, after several hours of trying to make this game not totally suck ass, it sucks all the ass and there's nothing I can do to stop it.

1) The graphics are absolutely jacked. There's this insane blur/bloom/hazing/fog effect most of the time and it can't be turned off without a hack-around that someone posted on YouTube. Lots of eye strain without it.

2) It's damn-near always night time, so you can't see anything.

3) You have to spend most of your time eating and drinking and sleeping because you're constantly hungry and thirsty and exhausted. Seriously. Every 2-3 seconds you lose 1% food/water levels, so every 2 minutes you have to eat 10 things to fill it back up. As soon as you can cook food and boil water, it goes down to 5 things ate/drank.

4) You get a quest to kill a deer, but they all run away ridiculously fast; you can't get in melee range of them. You're also not told how to make a bow, so unless you accidentally stumble across that or Google how to make a bow, the game is pretty much over.

5) There is no Ranged combat skill, so you can't improve that, but you can get better at Magic and Melee. Seems fair. The accuracy of the bow is also terrible, and the Goblins will dodge 0.1 seconds before they get hit. Goblins also never miss you with any attacks unless you're already mid-dodge when they shoot. Melee attacks never miss you.

and the icing on the cake:

6) Some dragon mother***er flies overhead every game day, breathing AoE poison attacks all over the ground in a 10 million mile radius, so you definitely get poisoned and definitely lose 3% health every second until you die. There's no curing it or healing through it. Your 2% HP/second natural healing is also turned off during that time. You can't hide behind walls, inside ruins, or even inside your own shoddy base to avoid it.

♥♥♥♥ that ♥♥♥♥. I'm out.

While it's not without its issues the majority of your problems are user error. I didn't even do the tutorial and had no problem crafting a bow and killing a deer. Maybe you should work on raising your IQ.

all your complaints are pretty well invalid, its early access its known its not gonna run well not optimised and unfinished. and other issues that you did bring up but in a very nonconstructive way. you clearly dont know what the early access program is for

You can blame this guy for a lot of things, but I don't think the fog is about early access.

Hunger and thirst could have been dealt with properly, he's not wrong.

The dragon is also just a tasteless joke.

I can understand early access for certain problems, but these are obvious from the first few hours.
Stop defending what can't be defended.

Stop defending what can't be defended.

The people viciously defending this game are the same ones spending hundreds/thousands of hours in OSRS in 2025.

Any complaints are met with zealous vitriol.

its about community feedback to tune the game in a way for the players. thats the whole point of the steam program. he wasnt constructive he was raging. no ones defending the issues with the game in fact it should be fixed. however this might help you understand how early access works

https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/6554-ED29-FBDB-1612#:~:text=Early%20Access%20encourages%20ongoing%20updates,through%20gameplay%20and%20community%20involvement.

stop assuming that game 4 days into early access should be immediately flawless. it shows people cannot handle early access and do not understand what it actually means to play a game in early access plain and simple. be a adult, be constructive, be respectful.

never said he was wrong but just flying off the handle like that just makes me not take him seriously at all. Lots of people have said what he said but didnt turn into a 12 year old keyboard warrior over it

Do you feel like the center of the world? I wonder.
Did I quote you in my message? No
Was I disrespectful? No
Don't say what I haven't said.
And finally, I'm not interested in your links.
Early access is not a universal excuse.

-no
-no i figured since your message was right after mine after this thread had no interaction i figured you were reference what i said so i apologise for the assumption
-never referenced you with that comment clearly
-being interested in the link means your interested in learning so im not surprised
-agreed with this however just because someone says early access doesnt mean its a excuse and the scenario of if early access is being abused is a case by case basis

You assume and think a lot, but it's not reality.

He made some interesting points, and I partly agree, so what do you really want from me?

Complaints are one thing but claiming something is copy pasta trash isnt a constructive complaint its just whining with no substance. A lie. a fib, a fabrication, a distortion of reality

I don't have to answer, it's true.
But the fact that you say you're sorry and then tell me I've misinterpreted things.
Seems wrong to me.

This sentence was related to your sentence below.
"Soyez adulte, soyez constructif, soyez respectueux. "
I didn't say it was an insult.
You're assuming things I never said.
