Dragon attacks and being Hunted
Hello, I absolutely want to love this game however there is two infuriating things. the two events where you get hunted or the dragon spawns, for starters if you are within a roofed building the dragons attacks should not be able to warp through the ceiling and kill you because either you dont wanna waste health potions or youre stuck or literally the floor is poison, too many times this has happened... I like the idea of the dragon but by all means they need to do something about this.

next one, the hunted announcement when usually a group of 3 come after you, again I think its cool but theyre either too frequent or just tryna pi** you off, I dont die a lot but when I do and I gotta go back and recover my gear im either already being chased by mobs and they spawn in making it 10x more difficult to recover or they still spawn in whilst tryna get your gear back. Either im just seriously unlucky with timing or its just messed up

I understand devs have been open stating this is by far not the end product and is early access but F*** me some of the quirks in the game shouldnt be there.

other than that the game is enjoyable

Just wait until you get attacked by a warband and a dragon at the same time even though you killed that ussy ƒucking dragon.

My scariest experience was in the Swamp, exploring it for the first time. I'd gone there by going north from the ruined village, and I got jumped by 2 mean-looking orcs and 2 weird-looking rats. Not knowing how tough they were, I jumped to the flat roof of a ruin, thinking to snipe them from up there... then the dragon roared, and attacked the area. I thought I was a goner for sure, trapped on the roof, but even though the poison went on the ground underneath the flat roof, I took no damage.

I don't know if that was just a fluke, or if being high up saved me. I'm still trying to test it out again.
They need to tweak the goblin damage to buildings. They just walked through my house and destroyed all the floor etc in one hit.

Been there..Happened right after I died falling off a ledge because a spell bugged so I had no weapon - fun times...
The dragon attacks and hunted events happen too frequently. It is NOT fun when you are just trying to work on your base, crafting etc. Just annoying

Lmao not had that one yet but I can already feel how irritating that would be xD

I agree with the first comment. It's a disaster. Everything you do costs energy... If you attack, it runs out, you can't hit and shoot, but since it's running out, you can't run or dodge. How do you even survive the attack????? There is one thing you can do... die quietly. Do something about the energy usage system!!!

Stamina system is pretty good in this game, have you ever played Valheim or Dark Souls? In those you have to be way more careful how to use it unlike in this game stamina regen is quick and gaining more levels on skills reduces stamina cost.
I fully agree, the dragon venom should not damage or kill in/under shelter. and the fact that warband will break down your entire base is abnoxious.
also combat still needs work but the dragon and warbands should be fixed with priority imo
I do like the game but this is so f ing annoying. Got hit with the warband and dragon at the same time. Got spitroasted by the goblins and melted with poison. Then i respawned in my house. Notification popped up that said warband was leaving, but I would spawn in, the group would see me, and crowd around the entrance destroying my house and killing me over and over. This kept happening until my house was TOTALLY GONE with piles of ♥♥♥♥ I couldn’t pick up because all of my storage containers were destroyed too. Definitely needs balancing

Dragon is a not a big problem once you get potions against poison but still annoying because attacks are too often. Also buildings should not get destroyed and only to be damaged instead and remain in ghost mode so they can be repaired. Also totally agree that walls and shet should not be destroyed that easy to begin with.

I think the dragon should disappear after the dragon slayer quest is done. Otherwise it is kind of pointless to do the quest in the first place. The whole motivation for me was that I can build and do stuff without getting green squirted over me all the time.

That is annoying, so I moved my chests to the middle of the room, as I found out when I woke up to Goblins attacking downstairs, if they destroy a foundation with a chest, the chest explodes and throws all the content on the ground.

I've found now that if I get notice the warband is coming I just run away from my base and take out the waves with a staff and plenty of fire magic hurled in their direction until they melt.

Rumors said ...

... there are places on the map no dragon will attack
... there are mods on nexus to prevent dragon and warbands until the devs make it optional (and I hope there will be the option in the settings as in many survival games like Medieval Dynasty or Bellwright, where you can switch raids off)
