I have the same Issue. When I start the game opens I get a black screen or the game never opens or it Opens and it crash my PC. i9-12900k RTX 4080.
same here, open up the game and crashes pc rtx 4090, i9-13900k
Same. It'll crash at start up or trying to load into a world. Sometimes it eventually works after multiple tries. I ended up refunding until they patch. I have an i9 with a 4090. The game must not like Intel and 40 series cards.

This is an issue with alot of i9 processors. It's not the games fault, it's legit the fault of intel. Theres even a class action lawsuit prepping up over it. Our cpus are fried boys, all cause intel wanted higher cinebench results.

Yup, can confirm. Nowadays a lot of my games on my 4090 and 13900K are crashing due to some unable to allocate ram issue. I underclocked the CPU a few months ago and it worked, but i read about it then and the CPU is a timebomb. Eventually it will just kill itself, didnt know there was a lawsuit about it tho.

Potentially one of two things, hopefully your Bios got the update before the problem started happening, or it hasnt happened yet but it will.

I have a similar setup but 3080ti instead.

Long story short my liquid cooler failed but there was no indication. Games worked and all. Then I couldn't get a few new purchases to run properly and one customer service rabbit hole later led me to hwmonitor.

The crashes were all due to overheating.

Wouldn't hurt to check your temps.
