Vestige drops from goblins cannot read

Not sure if it is a bug of possible that I have already got the two I have already and read them. I've looked thought the journal to see if I can find it but no luck. Anyone know how to see what you've already learned or not been able to read and consume items?

if you already have the recipe it will say on the item that you cant consume it, just delete it or give it to a friend and move on.

Yes that is what I assumed too, however, I got one that i do not have and still cannot read.

It's a recipe for something else, not a learned item. Game has no details on it, but other threads claim they're used for something
