RuneScape: Dragonwilds

Is there any way to turn off the rain in this game
By far the biggest issue I've run into is the stupid rain trying to do make everything appear "Wet" for some stupid reason as if without it I'd never realize that rain is wet.

instead of being immersive all it does it utterly decimate the already poor performance of this game.

Especially out in the Thundering Plains, the performance of the game in this entire zone is absolutely baffling, getting single digit FPS on the lowest possible setting because the dragon decided to do a fly by while it's lighting spamming and raining just is ridiculous.

Computer isn't a potato, this game just runs horribly.

It's a very well known thing.

Get more creative.
The rain in this game looks seriously awesome. You can see each drop hit a surface, splash and absorb.
