give it an honest shot please.
i see so many posts saying its a this game or that game clone. its a RPG survival game... what do u want out of it?? its unique in its own way while staying close to what a base building survival game is, the game has a ton of content for a beta release. some of you didnt play dayz or rust when they first came out and it shows. plus so many people probs haven't played OSRS and one thing about Jagex is that they listen. from finding hidden little side quests to finding new recipes this game is a breath of fresh air. ive played pretty much every survival game thats "big" on steam (enshrouded, The forest, Dayz, Valheim, 7 days to die, rust, ark etc.) and i can tell u for sure ive never locked this many hours into a game in 2 days in a very very long time. Give it a solid shot before u die twice in the start zone and refund it. id highly recommend playing with friends (bonus points if you have played OSRS)

as far as preform ace goes i mean its early beta its not perfect but ive logged almost 20 h ours and haven't had a game breaking bug or crash once playing with 3 others the entire time

Are there proper server settings you can tweak (like in every other survival crafting type game)?
How's the grind?
Do the character models look like the hobbits from Enshrouded? (it's hard to tell from the videos and screenshots)

There is no server settings other then "friendly fire"

the grind is meh, like its not doing the same thing over and over for levels but just searching out materials for upgrades. the biggest grind is probably the bronze grind as you need to find and mine copper and tin.

I gave it a shot through "alternative methods" and it grabbed my interest.

This ran much better than enshrouded for me and think it has some great dopamine potential once the pieces are together.

I'll probably hop in after a balancing & server settings patch. :ErannorthRebornCampfire:
I gave it 8 hours so far and the game is real fun. I only wish the gear repairs and base repairs were free like in Valheim. In Valheim I have feeling that everything I do moves me forward, thanks to the free repair system. On the contrary the repair cost in other games including this one makes me feel like I'm doing two steps forward and one step backward everytime I need to repair gear and it's very much unnecessary, as proven by Valheim. Just my two cents.

I was never impressed enough by the original Runescape to get far into that game. But this one does interest me. Without bothering to work this out myself, how much of original Runescape makes it into this version?

Id be willing but i cant be bothered with making an Epic account to play a game on steam where i already have a steam account. More so when it has a Singleplayer tag to the game.

You can make them basically free with the mending spell from artisan skill. just costs runes but those are literal pennies

Damn didn't see this guy just majorly spoiled it smh. Let people discover the game!

People have forgotten to appreciate what makes a good game. Everyone just wants something unique all the time.

funnily enough dragon wilds does do something unique to the genre, the whole spell and skill system is great, I've never seen that before in a survival craft and it works so well. but still people wine, it's all ever sad people do, they whine and if they aint whining, they'll find something to whine about.

Runescape fans wanted a Runescape themed game, a survival game was anounced, the hype train went up and they got it and cried because the Runescape survival game they wanted was a Runescape survival game?

People man...

Here's the kicker. Some people compared the spell system to Valheim's Forsaken powers system. The two are nothing alike in that regard lol.
Agent Orange 24 ABR a las 17:21
I love it, but don't say it's unique, because it really isn't. It needs a lot more work and influence from it's parent game to really say it's anything other then a generic survival game with a runescape skin smacked on top.
