Game Feedback: UI customization

I'm not sure if this is the place to put this. However I would like to reach out to Jagex and offer feedback. While the game looks absolutely amazing, especially on a 49" Ultra wide....however I am playing on a ultra wide and the UI default placement is in a location that requires me to turn my head whenever I need to check my action bars or heal/food meters. I would like to suggest implementing a customizable UI feature so players can relocate UI elements to their liking. This suggestion doesn't just stem from my choice of playing on a Ultrawide, but also because a lot of other games similar to this have their UI elements more central like Ark: Survival Ascended for example.
