Where do I craft the staff of light? finished quest got recipe but idk where to do it

You need the anvil to craft it. It's an end game item needing end game mats so i wouldn't hold your breath if you want it asap.

I really think gem drops are bugged with todays update i got a jade and plenty of opal yesterday but not a single drop today im T4 gear all iron but cant get a single sapphire to drop from gold
