how to open reliquary box on goblin island?

so there is this box behiend vines called reliquary but when i press E to interact nothing happens? you guys figure out how to open

you need a certain lvl of woodcutting to destroy vines with an axe
and you just press e on it and you get a amulett in your quest inventory

i have the wc level can i not open it because maybe i already did goblin diplomacy quest?

Having the same problem, maybe has something to do with the fact that i already have the druid’s one(?)

If you get one of them, the other one is stolen by a druid in the Whispering Swamp. So if you already got the amulet from the other tribe, you will need to hunt down the druid
