where to mine metal ore

I only found copper so far, and its in the land across the swamps.

Ive found Copper, Tin, Gold and silver so far.

the first metals youll fin dare in the biome north of teh swamp. Been a pain for me to grab the ore and not die. Doric tells us to get better gear before going to that area but theres no way to do it without going to that area....
when in the biome. pull up you rmap and look for the ridge looking areas. alot around rockey formations especially in the areas i described.

yeah thanks Saiyan i found this out earlier and i have to say i hate the third area. I feel so squishy and the mobs are all grouped together. Got some upgrades but damn im tired of dying

i brought a lodestone and set it up at the top of the waterfall away from mobs. I setup the tele, i went back to base, filled up on stats, tele back and mine everything i can and teleport back to base. rinse and repeat with all the new mats. just gotta figure out how to grind stone now
