Dragon Attacks
I appreciate the dragon attacks, I mean, the game is named after them and its a central theme. I get it.

However, the attacks get out of hand sometimes, more so when there are multiple people playing it seems. I had my house destroyed twice yesterday and I wasn't even around. Part of the love with survival games is building and the attacks are really hampering that.

It's fine to have random attacks on areas you are in, it adds excitement. However, when I spent an hour just trying to get one piece to snap in place correctly so the supports would be in proper place to build onto it and it just (seemingly) randomly gets destroyed, its pretty frustrating.

Am I alone in this?

No I gotta agree, especially in the very early game. Having to just stop my crafting and run around for 5 minutes avoiding poison wasn't a fun experience.

Agreed.

Even if its a thing they want to happen, just make it so I don't have to rebuild my house every time. I literally just have some leaning structures with roofs at the moment because its got to be such a pain.

The idea of it is fine, but I don't like how it basically defies any logic and is just a giant bug mess. The breath attacks just phase through your building and coat the inside of your building in poison, etc. If you got a roof, the breath attack should hit the roof first (even if it can kill it), etc.

I agree with this, it should be the minimum for sure. I don't like the idea of replacing my roof all the time time either, but at least that's easier for the most part.

Hopefully they figure it out because it really hampers on building, which is a major part of these games (like i need to tell anyone here that im sure lol).

I haven't had the dragon attacks destroy my base yet, floods my rooms with poison that goes through the roof, but it's never done any actual damage to anything (other than me).
ive played allot of games similar to this. not a big deal. just adds to the game in my opinion lol

Agreed.. After roaming around and finding myself in a dungeon, i died and respawned at my little timber cabin. Whilst at the cabin, prior to retrieving my corpse, I was crafting some food and drink to restore my levels (that were low) when the dragon started attacking. I figured id wait for the food and drink to finish, do my best to dodge gigantic poison pools when all of a sudden, a goblin warband is now attacking my base. Poison was literally throughout my cabin and in the immediate surroundings, so everything, including myself, just got straight ♥♥♥♥♥♥ :)

The dragon attacks are poorly thought out and executed. Needs to be removed.

It doesnt add anything to it and there are no successful survival games with a similar mechanic.
I dont care for them either. I like the ambience of it, it reminds me of Skyrim. But it shouldn't be destroying bases so easily or frequently

dragon attacks don't destroy your base no damage what so ever it just a dodging event . Other people is how your base is being destroyed either by trolling or them getting hunted/warband next to you base and mobs attacking it

The poison from the dragon will land inside the houses even thought there is a roof, like why am i even running around from a dragon that i cant see or attack?
as soon as that event happens i just kill myself and be gone with it kinda ruins the experience imo but im no game dev.

I don't mind the dragon attacks but I really wish the attacks didn't just ♥♥♥♥ me anywhere I try to hide.

Stopped playing because of the constant dragon and base attacks. The first time it was interesting, now it's just merely "Oh, time for that thing to happen again to stop me from playing what I found interesting."
